Santa Maria Health School welcomes Physiotherapy student from FH Joanneum (Austria).

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme, Santa Maria Health School is welcoming Sophie Bassin, a student from FH Joanneum, for an international mobility period in the field of Physiotherapy.

The student was welcomed at the institution on May 18^th, and will complete her traineeship at the TRUST Unit of the Porto Football Association. This experience will provide exposure to different clinical approaches and intervention contexts related to sports and functional rehabilitation. Santa Maria Health School would like to thank the Porto Football Association and, especially, Physiotherapist Rita Teixeira for the supervision, support, and integration provided throughout the student’s practical training period.

International mobility continues to play a central role in the internationalization strategy of SMHS, fostering knowledge exchange, cooperation between European partners, and the academic and professional development of all students involved.
