PRESENTATION

Clinical Supervision is crucial for the quality of the process of monitoring and developing personal and professional skills, as well as for the critical-reflexive construction and consolidation of professional identity. The Postgraduate Course in Clinical Supervision in Nursing (CPGSC) is aimed at nurses who wish to develop knowledge and acquire skills to supervise nursing students and nurses, being crucial given the imminent training suitability of the contexts.
