Santa Maria Health School welcomed Professor Cíntia Fassarella, a faculty member at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), as part of the academic cooperation and international mobility initiatives between the two institutions.

During her academic visit, the Professor participated in various scientific and educational initiatives organized by the institution. Among the activities carried out, highlights include the seminar “Scoping Review Protocol” and participation in a class for the Master’s in Medical-Surgical Nursing (MEMC).

On May 12th, Professor Cíntia Fassarella also took part in the “International Nursing Day” event, organized by SMHS, contributing to moments of scientific exchange and reflection on the current challenges facing nursing.

The visit also included working meetings and scientific cooperation activities with faculty and researchers from the School, reinforcing both institutions’ commitment to internationalization, collaborative research, and innovation in health.
