SMHS welcomes students from the University of Luxembourg for nursing placement.

On September 7^th, Santa Maria Health School (SMHS) was pleased to welcome Ana Raquel Teixeira and Rúben Adão, students from the University of Luxembourg, as part of their international mobility experience in Nursing.

During their stay, the students will have the opportunity to join the SMHS academic community and undertake a surgical nursing placement, providing valuable opportunities to develop their clinical skills and gain experience in a different healthcare environment.

SMHS would like to thank Hospital da Prelada for its availability and for providing the students with the opportunity to complete their clinical placement at the hospital, contributing to a valuable and enriching mobility experience.

Welcoming international students is an important part of SMHS’s internationalisation strategy, fostering the exchange of knowledge, experiences and different perspectives on healthcare practice.
