PRESENTATION

In the areas of Intensive Care, Emergency and Critical Illness there is a continuous need to update and develop knowledge and skills in the wake of many specificities, such as: clinical practices for patients with a high level of severity and at risk of death; use of equipment with a high level of sophistication and advanced technology; highly aggressive and highly complex therapeutic means.

As a result, this course aims to ensure the acquisition of scientific, technical and human skills in this specific scientific domain of the health professional, resulting in gains in health that are sensitive to the care provided.
