From October 20 to 24, Santa Maria Health School (SMHS) had the pleasure of hosting Kübra Kardeş, an assistant professor from the departement of Physiotherpay and Rehabilitation of the Istinye University (Türkiye), as part of her participation in the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training program.
The week began with a welcoming session, team introductions, and a guided tour of the institution, followed by meetings with the Coordinator of the Physiotherapy Department, Professor Duarte Pereira, and faculty members specializing in key areas within Physiotherapy. Professor Kübra also visited the Center for Rehabilitation Research (CIR), where she gained insight into the ongoing research and development initiatives.
This visit strengthened institutional integration, academic exchange, and opportunities for future collaborations in teaching and research. We thank Professor Kubra for her visit and look forward to continuing our partnership with Istinye University!
