ABOUT

In order to ensure the promotion and protection of the health of the active adult, and the consequent gains in the processes of interaction in occupational health, the Postgraduate Course in Occupational Nursing aims to provide nurses with a set of specific knowledge and fundamental in the field of Occupational Health and Safety and specifically in occupational nursing.

The specific field of Occupational Nursing arises from the particular way in which nurses understand the fundamental concepts, as well as the relationship between them, that is, a specific perspective of facing phenomena, such as, Individual, Caring, Health and Environment.

Occupational Nursing is located in the context of companies, which are covered by a regulation, which have a different perspective on the concern with OSH.
